1. When you opt-in to the service, we may send you SMS messages regarding follow-ups to inquiries, onboarding, requested documents, and updates or information about our ABA programs and services.
2. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you provide express written consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is collected through a clear, unchecked opt-in mechanism.
3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt-in again, just reply START to the phone number you unsubscribed to and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (833) 395-0438 or [email protected].
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive a few messages during the intake and onboarding process. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message that includes program details, business identity, message frequency, message and data rate disclosure, STOP/HELP instructions, and customer support contact information.
