The support your child needs is easy to get. Here’s how it works.
1
Reach out
Our AZ insurance experts will take care of insurance authorizations for you, or help you apply for grants you may be eligible for.
2
Get assessed
A local Phoenix or Tucson based BCBA will schedule an assessment at your preferred time (in person or via telehealth). The assessment is not a test, just a way of gathering information about your child, the challenges you’re seeing, and what improvements you hope to achieve.
3
Get a plan
Your BCBA writes an Individualized Behavior Plan for your child. We request insurance authorization for the recommended number of ABA therapy hours and assign an ABA therapist to provide 1:1 services. You get to choose the time and location that works for you.
4
Start services
Your BCBA supervises your child’s therapist, showing them how to implement your child’s program. You and other family members will also be involved in learning ABA strategies, so that new skills become a part of everyday life, not just something your child has learned to do with their therapist.
